In recent years, more and more farmers go to the capital to seek job, they did huge contribution for the economic development of Peking. However because of the existence of rural-urban divided dualistic society system, culture and themselves, they haven't equal employment chance to citizenry .Their position are lower than citizenry. They cant enjoy the modern civilization of the city completely, and is hard to melt into the city completely. Their children are also very difficult to receive the regular education in the city. Although Peking government has continuously promulgate a series of policy to protect the benefits of rural worker, the realistic condition still seriously .The situation affected the stability of the society and equity seriously, and it will prevent the society development.The study is analyzed with the norm and the research method that the substantial evidence analysis combine together. This thesis tries to show the problems of today's peasant worker on their jobs in Peking thorough investigation data and official data. And then I point out the existent reason of these problems, and put forward the policy suggestions. The conclusion of this thesis induces four parts:At first, from the description of the data, we can see the scale of presents will be increasing continue, but the speed of increasing will gradually be slowly. Some problems are existed in the employment structure of present worker. For example, the sex structure is out of right comparison, and the level of education is lower. Also the employment profession is limited. Their income level is lower than the citizenries. And the bear debt problems are still exist The society security of peasant worker is improving, but it's guarantee ability is still very low currently.Secondly, if these problems can not be resolved, it will cause the fanner meeting position going lower. It will be more difficult that peasant work in Peking , thus causing the city labor force of the related profession will be in short supply. And it will make the peasant worker reach opposition motion state, causing the city country antinomy. It will prevent urban surplus labor to move to urban, then it will defer the progress of urbanization, influence society of stability and harmonize of Peking.Thirdly, the reason of these problems is various, for example, social cultural layer, the peasant worker themselves, management and the system, etc. Although Peking government has continuously promulgate a series of policy to protect the benefits of rural worker, the realistic condition still seriously. And system factor goes into the obstacle function of the employment to the farmer.The fourth, by the analysis, the writer thinks that we not only must guarantee the farmer's rights on the government the plan and the law, but also pay attention to various provision of perfonnance direct. Not only the government, enterprise, social group, citizenry, but also the fanner themselves should do their best to improvement the circumstances of the fanner who are woking in city.
