As the State Grid Corporation put forward to build "information enterprises" target,all units strengthen the information project management, but the majority are making slow progress and inefficiency,and have not evolved the performance evaluation of information technology projects. In this paper, information system construction of the EHV branch of Hebei as the background, research the solution of the project-building, give the task of decomposition WBS charts and critical path, construct the project evaluation index system finally, the items were performance evaluation. By the analysis of the project time management and performance evaluation to help identify the information technology project targets architecture, is to become an important tool of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects.
