High-tech enterprises researchers is the new work groups of knowledge economy era, most of them are highly educated, with high-tech skills, in the critical or important posts. In addition, researchers of high-tech enterprises have many unique features on personal characteristics, psychological needs and behavior. Their satisfaction with the business directly affects their sense of identification with the organization, performance, turnover rate and so on. So how effective incentive scientific research personnel, and improve their satisfaction is a top priority in the development of enterprises. In view of this, this paper choose Xi'an High-tech Enterprises researchers for study, from the perspectives of the Comprehensive remuneration incentives, Study on impact of high-tech enterprises in Xi'an scientific research personnel satisfaction factors.This paper, on the basis of researching researchers of High-tech enterprises, Will use Full pay theory and incentive theory with empirical study of satisfaction, Find the main influencing factors of Comprehensive remuneration incentives satisfaction, in order to give advice for the high-tech enterprises of Comprehensive remuneration incentives in the future. This paper, for investigation and study, Will divide Full pay into Internal, External and marginal pay salaries. In this paper, mainly uses the survey method, take comprehensive remuneration incentives and satisfaction issues of researchers in high-tech enterprises of Xi'an for random sample surveys, then using SPSS software for statistical analysis findings, to reveal the main influencing factors of Comprehensive remuneration incentives satisfaction.After Empirical Analysis, This paper made principal component extraction from 28 indicators, got seven main factors, they are "economic remuneration", "to respect", "For achievements", "to develop", "welfare", "create desire" and "non-economic remuneration". This seven main factors test comprehensive enterprise incentive pay to the actual situation, which also the re-integration of application of comprehensive remuneration incentives theory, and have important guiding significance for high-tech enterprises' comprehensive remuneration incentives. Further, in this seven major components, "Welfare", "For achievements", "to create", "to develop", "economic remuneration" is the main part of comprehensive remuneration incentives in high-tech enterprises, this five factors have the most significant impact.Combining empirical research findings, this paper, from the three areas: Internal, External and marginal pay salaries, made recommendations on comprehensive remuneration incentives for scientific research personnel of the high-tech enterprises in Xi'an, Finally, the paper give a brief introduction to shortage of this paper and the need for further research.
