Along with the industrial structure caused by China’s rapid economic development, high-tech enterprises are playing a more and more important role, as the human resources management core factors of high-tech enterprises have become increasingly prominent. In the conditions of limited resources, how to meet the demands of new employees and improve their satisfaction through effective incentive has become an important issue. On the basis of the traditional incentive theory, enterprise staff demands as a starting point, through a comparative study at home and abroad, employees demand factors and on the staff of enterprise field survey results, will require employees to high-tech private medium and small enterprises into five categories, which are used to build the demand satisfaction model and assumes that employees high non-public small and medium-sized enterprises, and the model assumptions are validated by empirical research, draw on the non-public small and medium sized enterprises to improve their employee high demand satisfaction solution.The main body of the thesis consists of seven chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, ideas and methods of the research background and significance, introduces the domestic and foreign research literature review, this paper research; second chapter is designed to employee satisfaction model high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises, design the employee satisfaction model mainly introduces the related concepts and theories are summarized, the non-public small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises related concepts and characteristics of employee, Xi’an high tech Zone in the non-public small and medium-sized enterprises; the third chapter is the empirical research of the incentive mechanism of private medium and small enterprises Xi’an high tech Zone, mainly introduces the Xi’an high tech Zone survey, questionnaire form, Xi’an high tech Zone non-public small and medium-sized staff demand to factor investigation and analysis, model validation, analysis and summarized the results of the fourth chapter for the staff; Xi’an high tech Zone in the non-public small businesses demand satisfaction problems and causes; measures and suggestions for improving the fifth chapter is the incentive mechanism in private medium and small enterprises Xi’an high tech Zone, mainly introduces the measures of improving employee Xi’an high tech Zone non-public small and medium sized enterprises demand satisfaction and for the enterprise the actual operation using the proposed recommendations The sixth chapter is the limitations and prospects; research and analysis results, the shortcomings and problems.Through the study on the theory and application of statistical analysis software SPSS17.0, the conclusions are as follows:first, in the study of basic theory and on the staff of the field survey, the five major high-tech private medium and small enterprises demand employees, based on demand, respectively in relation to the demands, esteem demands, development demands, demand for achievement, and analyses the characteristic of high-tech enterprise employees; two, through the questionnaire result analysis, the mean analysis obtained satisfaction, employee mean high non-public small and medium-sized enterprises using stepwise regression analysis to get the key factors that influence the employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction of different individual characteristics and the important factors were obtained the t test and single factor analysis of variance. Three, according to the results of empirical analysis, put forward to improve the high-tech private medium and small enterprises should employees demand satisfaction measures:satisfy to guarantee stability as the core demands satisfaction, satisfaction with information communication to honor and praise to meet the recommended to supplement the demands satisfaction and demands satisfaction model promotion, as the auxiliary demands satisfaction.
