More and more china enterprises are participating in international competition along with China's economy integrating into the world economy. In 2000, China government started the "going out" strategy, which gave priority to enterprises. In Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao's Report on the Work of the Government in 2005, he claimed that China should implement the "going out" strategy further as one of the important work of the open policy. He also emphasized these two points, to encourage qualified enterprises to invest overseas and multinational operations, and to strengthen guidance and regulation for them. All these show that, the strategy becomes an important task in the new eras and a measure to create a new situation for reform and opening up policy. Zhenjiang is one part of developed areas of southern Jiangsu plate in China. Since the beginning of the new century, Zhenjiang accelerates the pace of economic development. With more and more enterprises going abroad to grow, Zhenjiang's economic growth will enjoy its push-effect. In this thesis, it discusses which method can reap the greatest benefits when Zhenjiang enterprises are operating internationally, and how do we reduce the risk of overseas investment.Based on theoretical analysis and study of enterprise's internationalization, the thesis primarily analyses the models of United States, Japan, Qingdao and Zhejiang, and then studies why did U.S , Japan form the models in the process of enterprise's internationalization, as well as the characteristics of their own. After that, it probes into the innovation models which Zhejiang enterprises and Qingdao enterprises have taken in the "going out". Secondly, the thesis represents the situation of Zhenjiang's enterprises on its "going out", including Zhenjiang's development status of industries and enterprises, the effects of "going abroad" for enterprise itself and the economic impact on the whole city. This paper also identifies the factors on choosing the model of "going out", and clarifies them one by one. Then, it analyses the models have been taken by Zhenjiang enterprises that had invested abroad , and puts forward the theory of decision-making on model selection. It also provides some countermeasures for Zhenjiang's enterprises when they meet problem in its internationalization. Most importantly, the paper desires to study the situation of Zhenjiang's enterprises on its "going out" and provides some countermeasures, so that to help Zhenjiang enterprises to be successful in its internationalization.
