The aim of the paper is to put forward some recommendation for the establishment and management of the compensation system in similar enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the concept and related theories of the compensation, compensation &benefits management. Secondly, analyzes the present compensation system of the Winnington company .Thirdly, according to the research and combining the present condition of the company; The new compensation System of the company has been designed. Fourthly, discusses some issues in compensation administration.
