Salary design is a one of the key section of human resource management.A good salary system can not only attract and retain the employee,but also spur the employee to develop the personal potential.At the same time,salary design is directly related to the business cost.Starting with the related compensation theories,this paper focus on the combing of the Compensation & Benefits management and the strategy of the enterprise,keeps an eye on the present need of the employees to achieve the internal equity,external competitive.The paper involves the entire process of the redesign.The aim of the paper is to put forward some recommendation for the establishment and management of the compensation system in similar enterprises.This paper firstly introduces related theories of the compensation.Secondly, analyzes the present compensation system of the E company.Thirdly,according to the research and combining the present condition of the company;the new compensation System of the company has been designed.Fourthly,discusses some issues in compensation administration.At last,carries out an evaluation towards the designed project.As a new compensation system designed,it still has some limitation and shortage need to promote through practice and research.In the future,I will stick to study and to research,keep enhancing my HR management level.
