Study On Private SMEs Supply Chain Management Status And Countermeasures

The private SMEs are important component of the China's economy, which has been become the mainstream economy of China's market economy. In future China's basic situation and speed of economic development will mainly depend on the development of the private economy. But taking the supply chain management of private SMEs into account, the situation is not very optimistic. It can be said that the lack of the supply chain management will become the obstacles to further growth of private SMEs in China.This paper introduce the basic concepts and theories of supply chain, supply chain management, integrated supply chain management first; on this basis, the author analyzes the status quo of private SMEs, studying on the reasons in-depth and discussing the feasibility and recommendations to implement the supply chain management in private SMEs. At last, based on the theories before, the paper take a foreign trade company of Hebei Province as an example, and strive to apply the theories into realize world, hoping do some beneficial to the development of similar private SMEs.Therefore, we believe that the private enterprises have something wrong in the concept of the supply chain, the operation and the effectiveness to a certain extent. But if considering problems form internal and external factors and trying to solve problems in continuous improvement, the mature chain management is not a dream.
