A new round of climax about the construction of long distance transportation pipeline of oil-gas has sparked. It brings a new opportunity to the development of the long distance pipeline transportation of oil-gas. But in the conditions of market economy, opportunity always be side with challenge. China Petroleum pipeline bureau (CPP) has to enhance the project management level under the new situation, so as to be in the leading position.The paper analyzes some problems related to the project management in CPP, The above-mentioned problems significantly affect the performance of the management project.
