Project Construction Management Cang Zi River Pipeline Project

This thesis analyzes and researches for the application of the project management in the CangZhou—ZiBo gas pipeline project . Beginning with the research for 8 process control modules of project construction and combined with the practice of the gas pipeline'construction , the thesis illuminates how to realize the contract'object and enhance the investment benefit and the general benefit of the enterprise through the optimized distribution and dynamic management of production elements , in term of the project's inherent regulation .In addition , the thesis analyzes the existing problems of project management in the pipeline . Aiming at all kind of problems in the process of the construction management , combined with the current specific management mode and environment of the Chinese construction enterprise , referring to the advanced project management method aboard and overseas , analyses and researches are done , some experience is summarized about the project construction in the large-scale state-owned enterprise and the solution of the existing problems about the project management enterprise are brought forward .On the basic of summing up the experience of the project management in the actual work , the thesis analyzes and compares with the mature project management mode aboard and overseas , generalizes the management mode fit for current state-owned construction enterprise and sets out the project management chart of state-owned enterprise .Aiming at the construction of CangZhou—ZiBo gas pipeline project , the thesis bring forward more reasonable construction method , according to the construction management method and mode given here.The thesis tries to find a set of management method and mode fit for our country's state-owned construction enterprise , It will be used for reference for project management enterprise and project manager .
