In the Age of Knowledge Economy, and under the environment of global competition, high technology is the impetus for a country to maintain economic growth and the trump for a high-tech company to participate in global competition. High-tech talents, the providers of high technology, take important responsibility of technique innovation of business enterprise.Work value has been the research hotspot for about 20 years, but the research on work value is very few in China, especially the work value of high-tech talents. The research on the work value of high-tech talents can let companies understand its situation and structure, and then companies could attract and inspirit high-tech talents, and further improve the efficiency of high-tech talentsThis paper chooses to combine high-tech talents and work value, and to research into this combination through questionnaire investigation. Based on the investigation, this paper gets the basic situation of the work value of high-tech talents, and analyzes the influence of personal attributes on work value. One of the innovations in this paper is to subdivide the responders in emotional state. Unlike traditional subdivision method, this paper subdivides the responders into three types: married, unmarried but with fixed lovers, and single. Through analysis, this paper finds the structures of work value are different in the three types of high-tech talents.
