With With the increase in the number of female employees of the new generation and the transition to double working families,it is more likely that men and women will bear family and work responsibilities at the same time,as well as the increase in the number of single parent families and employees with the responsibility of caring for the elderly,which increase the possibility of work family conflict,which may have a dual impact on employees’ work and life.At the same time,the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019 caused a large number of industrial enterprises in the world to stop production and shut down,forcing enterprises to launch various flexible working policies in succession.More and more employees have obtained the choice of working time and location.After the epidemic period,the flexible working system still plays a role in the field of practice.These provide us with the necessity to understand the impact of flexible work system on employees’ work life balance.Because flexible working time and place can bring more resources to employees,and work and family are the main places for each employee to play a role,it can have an impact on employees’ work and family fields.This study focuses on the positive aspects of the work family interface,the gain of work to family direction and family to work direction.Based on the resource allocation theory and social exchange theory,it is considered that there is synergy and mutual promotion between work and family,takes the dual path of work family gain as the intermediary variable,and introduces the segmentation preference as the adjustment variable.Combined with the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,according to the research purpose,taking the employees in the computer industry as the research object,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the employees in the computer industry by using the data collection platform.After questionnaire screening,SPSS and amous were used to analyze the reliability and validity of 325 effective questionnaire sample data,According to the results of previous studies and the factors that this study believes may have an impact on this study,and finally test the model hypothesis.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: in computer programming employees,flexible working hours and working places will indeed affect employees’ investment in work,and employees’ positive impact on work and family interface will also positively promote employees’ investment in work,In addition,the use of flexible working time and place will positively promote employees’ investment in work through the intermediary effect of work family gain.Finally,employees’ preference for the division of work family interface will affect the impact of flexible working time and place on employees’ work family gain,Specifically,employees tend to separate family and work.The implementation of flexible work system may not be so beneficial to employees.When employees tend to give consideration to family and work at the same time,the implementation of flexible work system may be more beneficial to employees.
