Study Of Yizhuang New Town Development Stimulative Mechanism Drived By Industrial Agglomeration

By analysing the all round influence of Yizhuang New town's urbanization level , integrated layout , population increase ,infrastructure construction .etc in the process of New town development lead by Agglometration economics presented by industry cluster , this papre studies the Yizhuang New town development stimulative mechanism drived by industrial Agglomeration and provids relative suggestions for Yizhuang New town's long-term development.First , reviewing the New town development theories home and aborad , this paper analyses the background for promoting New town's development in Beijing and illustates the significant of Yizhung Newtown's development. Then ,systematically retrospecting the theories of indusrtrial Agglometration and emphasizing the study no industrial agglometration 's stimulative mechanism for High-tech industrial zone . By clarifing the concept of Yizhuang New town and Beijing Development Area and analysising the industrial cluster's development situation , this paper shows four leading industrial clusters already emerging in Yizhuang New town ,the studying of agglomerate economics could follow the existing research frame .Base on the theoretical analysise of industrial agglomerate's driving effect on regional economic development and economic model , mainly from the deduction of Solow-Swan economic increase model and Cobb-Douglas production function , the next step empirical study benefits from the mathematical economic model duduction .Following the theoretical analysis , by comprehensively collecting the economic and social development dates of Yizhuang newtown , this paper first studies the general economic position of Yizhuag newtown and the important position of Yizhuag Newtown among the development of Beijing metropolis ,then corresponding with studying of leading enterprises among different industrial clusters , analyses the present development conditions of four leading industrial clusters .After theory review and present development condition analysis , this paper emphasizes on empirical study of the stimulation mechanisms for different aspect of Yingzhuan New town development ,promoted by industrial agglometration , including six aspect : urbanization process, integrated layout , resource intensive use , population increase ,infrastructure construction , public service . Moreover , through paying special attention on entironment protection and cyclic economy ,this paper systemetically and comprehensively analyses the stimulative mechanism of agglogmerate economy .According to the above theoretical analysis and empirical reserch , the industrial agglomerate:s stimulative mechanism has been deduced . Meanwhile ,the newtown development drives re-stimulative mechanism on industrial agglogmerate . The paper makes the conclusion that building the virtuous interactive mechanism is the promising development path of Yizhuang New town .Finally , base on all above study and the author"s personal working experience and practical research , providing the suggestions on building the the virtuous interactive mechanism for long-term development of Yizhuang New town .
