The Market-oriented Reform Of China Development Bank

China Development Bank, which was found in 1994, is one of the three policy banks in china. The found of the three policy banks changed the situation that former state owned professional bank usually played two parts. The found of the three policy banks also achieved the purpose of separating policy financial business from commercialized financial business .After more than ten years'development in china, China Development Bank makes a lot of achievement on improving base installation, basal industry, mainstay industry and adjusting the economical structure .With the development of our country's market economy and the reform of financial market, traditional policy financial business is growing smaller. The original operating model of China Development Bank is not fit for financial business'development in our country, so commercialized reform is very necessary. Nowadays the reform plan of China Development Bank is approved. Facing to the forthcoming commercialized reform, China Development Bank's more than ten years'management experience will be very helpful. But China Development Bank will still be restricted by internal management deficiency and external environment.This paper uses essence, quantitative analysis and foreign reform example to analyze the necessity and the probability of the Market-oriented reform. Based on the analysis of the present situation of China Development Bank, this paper proposes some difficult problems China Development Bank may be facing to in the reform. This paper also has some solution for these problems.
