Study On Forest Land Evaluation

Forest land resource is an important part of forest resources. There is close relation between forest land management and forest quality. It is very important for forest land evaluation to change the mode of traditional forest land management, to deepen the economic system reform and to realize forestry sustainable development. In this paper, the author adopts the method of bibliographical, comparative analysis and synthesis analysis on the base of considering the situation of our country, uses correlation evaluation study home and abroad , then studies on the definition, basic theory, concrete methods and forest land evaluation work.Firstly, the author elaborates on the significance of forest land evaluation and the definition of forest land, forest land asset, forest land-use right and asset evaluation. Secondly, she uses correlation evaluation study home and abroad to evaluate forest land with assessment theories and methods, treats forest land value patterns after analyzing domestic forest land-use right flow and influencing factor. Thirdly, she studies forest land evaluation methods based on the three assessment rules and discusses the methods considering the purpose, value pattern and ways. At last, she discusses how to make the evaluation flowing smoothly according to domestic appraisal situation.This paper discusses forest land asset value pattern on the base of forest land asset operation, first uses the method based on forest land evaluation purpose and value pattern to study forest land evaluation methods.
