The action is of great importance to promote the process of forestland assets appraisal and capitalization management, and aslo an inexorable requirement in the development of forestry economic management and socioeconomic.Based on the data of Maoershan forest classâ…¡survey in 2004 and related technical information and data, by the method of appraisal procedures, the research gives focus on all working circles. Using exsiting data to divide the site call into five types on the basis of slope position, slope aspect, humus soil thickness, soil thickness and altitude, among which the area of class III is the largest, accounting for 35.99 percentage of total, and the one of class V is the smallest. After comparing with other evaluating methods, the thesis chooses the method of present earning value. Under the circumstance of current situation, the site quality score chart is made, as well as with expert evaluation method, named Dephi method. The evaluation result is 157628629.9 yuan. The above figure shows that forestland area and site quality has strong effect on the evaluation result.
