Research On Venture Capital And Resources Of Woody Oil-bearing Plant Project In China

The energy crisis and environmental pollution are two big problems that threaten human being . making use of high-effect and clean plant fuel oil to replace fossil has important strategy significance to our country environment and development of the economy. woody oil-bearing plant belongs to plant fuel oil and is one important part of it. Making use of woody oil-bearing plant is not only able to relieve our country energy shortage but also improve relative fragility of our country and promotes new rural construction . This study originally basis on our national condition, adopts venture capital to promote woody oil-bearing plant project development in our country,which may open up a new high-effect financing channel, and provides a reference to the future development of regenerative energy project.This study angles from economy and environment harmonious development originally, combines venture capital theory and Statistics method . By analysing classic documentation,this study carries out an overall evaluation of venture capital used in woody oil-bearing plant project to prove its venture capital feasibility and then study the risk of venture capital used in this project . Basising on two parts of above,this study designs out a set of the venture capital operating mechanism which is suitable to the project , finally analyses the conclusion and suggestion of the study.
