In recent years, with the enhancement of the sense of environmental protection, the putting forward of sustainable development consciousness and the enlarging of the environmental protection laws and regulations'constraint intensity, the business circles pay more and more attention to the Reverse Logistics, and the overseas academic circles has began to research and discussion form the different perspective. But in our country, the Reverse Logistics is a new research filed of Logistics Management; its theory's research is at the threshold of the filed, as for enterprise's practice is blank basically. Today, the company takes customer demand as guidance, so reverse logistics of product is very common. And, with the enlarging of our country environmental protection laws and regulations'constraint intensity and the increasing development of our country enterprise, the enterprise must pay attention to the strategic function of reverse logistics.Because of the electronic products'characteristic, like the product life cycle is short, pollution is serious and so on, it easier to produce the reverse logistics, therefore the reverse logistics management is very important to the electronic products industry. And the inventory control is key to the reverse logistics management, also always is key point of the business and the academic circles. But the traditional inventory control model involves to the reverse logistics is few extremely, therefore it don't adapt to the current enterprise's demand. Under such background, this thesis proposed the method of inventory control of electronic products supply chain which contains the reverse logistics.The first and the second chapter of this thesis had analyzed the reverse logistics definition and the connotation with emphasis, reviewed the domestic and foreign'research situation of inventory control which under the reverse logistics background, and bonding the electronic product's characteristic, analyzed the electronic products reverse logistics'characteristic, the driver factor and the electronic products supply chain inventory control characteristics in the environment of reverse logistics.The third chapter in the consideration electronic products supply chain carries on coordinated in the situation in view of the backflow product, has establishes under the determined demand ,two level electronic products supply chain which including a producer and a seller inventory control model in the environment of reverse logistics, and through solving this model, obtains lead to the profit maximization's the most optimal production batch, the most optimal ordering batch and the most optimal backflow cycle. Finally, the model applies to a electronic products supply chain, extracts this to supply chain's most optimal stock strategy, and draws the related conclusion.The fourth chapter in the consideration information does not share to influence the backflow product, has established under the stochastic demand, two level electronic products supply chain which including a producer and a seller inventory control model in the environment of reverse logistics, and through solving this model, obtains lead to the profit maximization's the most optimal production batch, the most optimal ordering batch. Finally, the model applies to a electronic products supply chain, extracts this to supply chain's most optimal stock strategy, and draws the related conclusion.The fifth chapter according to the above model's result, and bonding to electronic products industry's characteristic, proposed some strategies of electronic products supply chain inventory controls, and proved to the reasonableness of these strategies.Finally, draw the conclusion of this thesis, and proposed the further research of inventory control for reverse logistics.
