With the increasing awareness of the re-use resources, governments have also introduced some corresponding policies and regulations on the reverse logistics to ensure that resources are recycled. Thus, it is promoted that enterprises all over the world realize the importance of reverse logistics, and the reverse logistics system is implemented at different levels. However, when some enterprises implement the reverse logistics system, but the effect is always not as much as the input. One of the reasons is lacking of systematic planning in the early of building; Also, it is the lacking of cooperation with other enterprises in the operation of reverse logistics system; that is, not taking account from the perspective for reverse logistics chain. Therefore, this study takes multi-enterprises involved in reverse logistics chain as the research object, and studies inventory control problems in the chain. The main research contents are as follows.Chapter I, introduction. This chapter introduces the background of the reverse logistics chain and its inventory problem firstly, and reviews relating research on the reverse logistics stocks at home and abroad; finally, giving the major significance,the main research content and possible innovation of this study.Chapter II, related theory of reverses logistics chain and inventory control. This chapter describes related theoretical knowledge of the reverse logistics chain and inventory control, in order to provide theoretical basis for carrying out follow-up study.Chapter III, strategy analysis of reverses logistics chain and inventory control. This chapter applies with game theory, and proves that a cooperative strategy will bring more profit parties. On this basis, we prove that the core of a cooperative game is not empty, showing that distribution project of benefits programs which is acceptable by each node enterprise in the reverse logistics chain exists.Chapter IV, design of inventory control models in reverse logistics chain. In accordance with the conclusion of Chapter III that if only co-operation of node enterprises in the reverse logistics chain, the minimum inventory costs and the biggest gains can be achieved. We construct the reverse logistics chain inventory control model when suppliers, manufacturers and distributors cooperate, and give examples.Chapter V, simulation and realization of inventory control model in the reverse logistics chain. We apply of agent technology in this chapter, construct inventory control model of the reverse logistics chain on the cooperation strategy, build intelligent model based on Multi-Agent, and program with JADE platform to achieve the simulation of the inventory stock control process in reverse logistics chainChapter VI, summary and outlook. We point out the shortcomings of this paper on the basis of summary of the full text.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: the quantify problem of inventory is investigated in the current reverse logistics chain; it is conducted a more thorough inventory control model in reverse logistics chain based on the cooperation strategy; the inventory control model in reverse logistics chain model is designed and simulated. It may provide a reference for enterprises to implement reverse logistics.
