Research On Evaluation Of Operational Risk Of Benefit Expressway Enterprise

As far as we know that the expressway is one of the most important foundametal establishments of the development of our country's economy and society, and also is the commonweal service establishments for the social public.It brings tremendous change to us. Along with the scale of the expressway plough into operation becoming greater, the risk condition of the expressway enterprises are growing more and more complex,the loss which risk induce may increase. Therefore, it is difficult for enterprises to make risk-management decisions.The complicated operational environment expressway faces lead to a great many of risk factors,such as the vice of software and hardware of the charging system, faultiness of organization and management, huge payout and natural ingredients and so on.All these will biring reversed influence to the operational benefit of expressway enterprises.Firstly the operational benefit of expressway enterprises is summarized in this thesis, its conception and composing is presented; secondly, the operational benefit risk is recognized and analysed;then, the risk is classified into six sorts, market and policy risk,financial risk,external investment risk,manufacture risk,technique risk and organize risk. According to these six sorts, a index system is built and filtered as well.A Grey–AHP Model is set up to give estimate to those index built above,including the instauration of grey species and whitening function, obtaining of grade sample matrix and confirming of the heavy of each index.Combining with the actual operational condition of TS Expressway of southern part of our country, using the Grey–AHP Model to estimate the risk, several correlative decisions and advice are advanced in this thesis.The research fruits of grand old men are sumed up, and a new way of risk-management of expressway enterprises is searched for. It is hoped that the researching result will perfect the theory and method of risk estimate, to give reference for operational management of expressway enterprises.
