In China, there has been no historical price for the transfer of the right to use rural land, and consequently so far there has been no workable and standardized pricing system for the transfer of the right to use rural land. In view of this, the present dissertation sets out to discuss about the problems concerning the price of the transfer of the right to use rural land by exploring the relationship between the system for the transfer of the right to use rural land and the marketization of the transfer of the right to use rural land. A combined research method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis is adopted. The rational, efficient, workable pricing system for the transfer of the right to use rural land is studied through contrastive, qualitative and quantitative methods for the purpose of tackling the hot and difficult issues bothering the theoretical circle - the rights of Land Circulation (ownership right, as well as the right to use China's rural unique right to contract, etc.) of the definition, as well as the interests of reasonable distribution.In this dissertation, The market for the transfer of the right to use rural land is studied through the application of Marx's rent land theory and the land value theory and the Land Property Rights theory, and then the factors price for transferring the right to use rural land are discussed, and the price model for transferring the right of the use of rural land is constructed on the basis of the Marx's rent theory and the law of the reduction of income. Apparently, the absolute land rent and land rent I should return to the land outflow side, so that a basis concerning the price for the transfer of the rights to use rural land is found. Meanwhile, it can help to set the price for transferring the right to use rural land for people. And the Price Model for the transfer of the right to use rural land shows that the price for the transfer of the right to use rural land is too low in Chongqing. Suggestion about how to set rational price for transferring the right to use rural land on the basis of the model is put forward, and it can help the government department to manage market of transferring the right to use rural land.
