In the recent 20 years, with the rapid revolution of technology and increasingly drastic competition in the whole world, the managerial environment of organization has happened to be tremendous transformation. Recombination, moreover, position rotation and staff-reducing etc have been becoming the usual measures which were used by the organizations taking revolution. Those phenomena have severely influenced the job character and the daily life of employees. So the job insecurity employees perceived has become to be one prevalent phenomenon among the companies.Based on the review and conclusion of recent researches by domestic and overseas'scholars, and according to the circumstances among companies in our country, The research firstly amends the job insecurity scale via the methods of literature-analyzing, questionnaire-investigating, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Then the research discussed the differences of perceived job insecurity on demographic variables and the influences of perceived job insecurity played on employees'self-regulated learning via the methods of Independent-Sample T Test, One-Way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. At last, the research examined the moderating effect of locus of control on the relation between perceived job insecurity and self-regulated learning by using the statistic method of hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this research indicated that:Firstly, among companies in our country, job insecurity is a multi-dimension structure, containing three factors, namely, the threat of job character, the threat of job alteration and powerlessness.Secondly, the perceived job insecurity of our country employees exist obvious differences on demographic variable, such as age level, marital status, school age, working years, and the kind of enterprise.Thirdly, there was obvious correlation between employees'perceived job insecurity and self-regulated learning, and in the regression analysis, we find that the threat of job character, the threat of job alteration and powerlessness all have obvious forecasting effects to employees'self-regulated learning.Fourthly, locus of control has obvious moderating effect on the relationship between perceived job insecurity and self-regulated learning. Finally, according to the results of this research, we point out the innovations and limitations of the research, and give the directions that following research can reference.
