Abusive supervision indicate subordinates’ perceptions of the extent to which supervisors engage inthe sustained display of hostile verbal and nonverbal behaviors, which does not include physical contactbehavior. The abusive supervision is in many industries. Along with economic development, thisdestructive leadership behavior causes serious harm to the employees’ psychological, behavioral. Moreover,it will contribute organizations to be disadvantaged in the competition. The abusive supervision’s study canhelp to promote the healthy development of the organization, A growing number of Western scholars had akeen interest abusive supervision. And the field has a wealth of empirical research and theoretical results.The study analyzed and summarized the existing research. The essential connotation of abusive supervisionis explored by comparing abusive supervision with relational concepts. It is late that we study this issueAnd relevant empirical research is not rich. On the basis of existing research results, using empirical wayto explore what abusive supervision has an effect on the staff’s self-regulated learning. At the same time,our country lacks potential moderators in the existing research. That is, what factors will increase or reducesubordinates perception of abusive supervision and the adverse consequences of abusive supervision. Thisstudy also discusses what different organizational psychological safety have an effect on function ofabusive supervision, The scope of abusive supervision’s study will be expanded, The existing theoreticalresearch is enriched.This study used questionnaires, documentary analysis to explore what abusive supervision has an effecton the staff’s self-regulated learning. I investigated334organizational employees and considered thedemographic and histological factors. In the study,I used correlation analysis, hierarchical regressionanalysis and other statistical analysis techniques. Conclusions are follows:Firstly, Abusive supervision has a significant negatively effect on the staff’s self-regulated learning.Secondly, organizational psychological safety has obvious moderating effect on the relationshipbetween abusive supervision and staff’s self-regulated learning.Finally,Innovation,inadequacies and resolving the problem of the study are dished.
