The Study On The Responsibility Of The Chinese Government About Coordinating In Urban And Rural Social Pension Insurance System

As we had carried out the urban and rural household registration system and the non-balanced development on it for a long time, it made the social pension insurance of our country the typical characteristics of the dual structure, and the system has delayed the progress of our urbanization and industrialization in varying degrees and it's no advantage of our present developing economy and the society stabilization. It is necessary for the government to be responsible for the urban and rural social endowing insurance. So we should think deeply about it, analyze it carefully and give some suggestions to it.
