Research Of The Industrial Cluster Develops In The Process Of Chang Sha New-industrialization

Industrialization is a necessary historical process for every modern country. The developed country spurs on the third-industry and finishes its modernization process through highly-centered industrialization. In the report of 16^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC), China takes a new road to industrialization, which means information drives industrialization and industrialization promotes information instead, full of high-technical quantity, fine economic returns, low resources cost, less environmental pollution, well developed human resources. General Secretary Hu Jin-tao gives an emphasis on a new road of industrialization in the report of the 17^th NCCPC. It is a significant theory and practical innovation, drawn on the complete conclusion of experience and lessons of traditional industrialization and deep insight of economic developing tendency. The industrial cluster is an economic phenomenon in the world, which means in some specific region, in which some leading industry is usually centered, enterprises supported by a lot of relative industries and relative organizations cluster together in space and cooperate each other, then become a strong and successive competitive advantage. Facts all over the world show, in regional economy the development extent of economy has direct ratio to the development of industrial clusters. In the promotion of new industrialization, developing industrial clusters is an important method to realize industrialization. The thesis probes into the countermeasure to promote the process of Changsha new-industrialization on the basis of industrialization and theory of industrial clusters.The paper firstly makes a simple comment on the theory of industrialization by the means of research on industrialization and industrial clusters, analyzes Changsha real situation of industrialization and elaborates the definition, function, effects of industrial clusters. Then combining analysis of development situation in our country, the thesis analyzes Changsha industrial clusters by setting examples to see reality, advantages ,disadvantages and effects of Changsha industrial clusters development. In the end, it puts strategy forward accordingly.
