The Research Of Formation Mechanism And Development Stages Of Agricultural Industry Cluster

In the background of our country taking a new road to industrialization and building a completely well-off society, the status of the foundation of the development of the first Industry is more highlight. In current China's agricultural development, there have been a large number of clusters in the agricultural industry in practice, such as Guangdong Province, Shandong Province, Fujian Province, and other places, where agricultural science and technology parks, specialized small towns, or relying on the market is the main mode. At present, the study of industrial cluster is more concentrated, while theoretical study on agricultural industry cluster is less. The practice of agricultural industry cluster has been beyond theoretical research. Therefore, analyzing China's agricultural industry cluster systematically in order to promote rapid and healthy development of China's agricultural industry clusters carries great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, based on summarizing theories of industrial cluster, combining China's current agricultural industry cluster phenomenon, through investigation and study, the author defines the concept of the agricultural industry cluster , and studies the mechanism of agricultural industry cluster formation, the stages of development, and takes Vegetable Industry Cluster in the city of Shouguang as a case to study, in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the development of China's agricultural industry cluster. The paper can be divided into the following four main parts:1. The overall consideration of agricultural industry cluster. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the literature, the part analyzes the content of the agricultural industry from the perspective of definition, components and the characteristics of the agricultural cluster. Secondly, It sums up the models of China's current agricultural industry clusters, with emphasis on analysis of the characteristics and the formation process of each specific model; Thirdly, it Constructs evaluation index system of agricultural industry Cluster based on industry cluster. Finally it put forward to theoretical basis of this paper.2. Formation mechanism of agricultural industry cluster. From the perspectives of incentives of formation of the agricultural industry cluster, conditions and mechanism of the formation, a careful analysis of mechanism of China's agricultural industry cluster formation is carried on.3. Development stages of agricultural industry cluster. Evolution of everything has a law. On the basis of learning from the theory of industrial cluster, combining agricultural characteristics, the part points to that the agricultural industry clusters have experienced four times. i.e., origin, growth, prosperity, stability, and analyzes characteristics and original reasons of each stage. This part will have a role in providing guidance to the development of China's agriculture industry cluster.4. The part of empirical analysis. The part takes Vegetable Industry Cluster in the city of Shouguang as research object, based on theoretical system established above, to study incentives, conditions and mechanism of formation of vegetable industrial clusters, meanwhile, it sets up econometric model to do empirical analysis and provide ways for the future analysis.
