Facing the new century, compared with the original EDZ, The circumstances has great change, the environment of EDZ has greater challenge than initial stages, It is to need the creative and development in new high level, but the administrative of EDZ as EDZ'management organization is very important to the Second-round Development of the EDZ. As a key sector is how to gain talents, retaining talents and taking advantage of talents, and how to improve the government's efficient. In which, effectively remuneration management becomes the most complex problem. Formulating the clear remuneration system. Making it offer the effective information. Incentive and restraint the behavior of employees, rational pay the cost of the staff and at last realize the prospect target.How to accord to the situation of a country and the actually of the development zone . and work out the rational remuneration management institution system, bringing into the full play the remuneration's efficient seems particularly important.
