Researching Of Improvement Of Administrative Efficacy Of Administrative Committee Of Economic Deleveloment Zones

Since 1984, the first group of national-class economic & technological zone have been established in the coastal area of China, in the past 20 years, development zones have obertained a great achievement, which is from zero to establishment, from litter to large, from lower level to higher, from small scale increase to big. Development zones have become a new increasing point of area economy, a destination of foreign investment, a window of external openness, and have emerged positive actions, which is exemplary, leading, radiative and promotive. With the continuous development of development zones, situation changes both in the domestic and international, deepen reform of marketing economic system, expanding of foreign openness and speeding up of economic globalization, development zones have to face many new troubles and changes, especially preferential policies have been distinct deducted, that promoted economic development zone has to make some changes, that divert attention to construction from hard wear to soft wear. As an organization under management of city government,it respective for the local government to manger economic development zone, it has government organization's nature characteristic, that firstly it should face to some problems of administrative efficacy in the face by reforming, it should improve self service qualities and management skills, promote the development zone's developing forward. This article was invented at development zone's angle, it was trying to effect a breakthrough of economic researching structure, to put governing theory into economic development zone, and discuss improvement of administrative efficacy from public administration angle.
