Taking AGaRuTai Village, JiuYuan District of BaoTou City as a study case, the author probes into the herdsmen's life change after carrying out the policy- closing hillsides to prohibit herding and researches the existing problems in the process of the policy's enforcement and the solutions to the problem.The essay consists of three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion.Introduction includes the meaning of selecting the topic, the related research situation and research methods.Chapter One introduces the basic survey, natural environment and climate situation in AGaRuTai Village, JiuYuan District of BaoTou City.Chapter Two analyzes the life change of the herdsmen since carrying out the policy from the aspects of production and life on the basis of the reasons and content of closing hillsides to prohibit herding policy.Chapter Three introduces that the relationship between grassland and livestocks is off balance , the structure of the animal husbandry has been destroyed, and that the herdsmen's life and work can't adapt to this situation.
