Research Of Farmers' And Herdsmen's Life Style Influenced By Land Expropriation

Land is an important means of production of farmers and herdsmen,but also the main source of income of farmers and herdsmen.However,with the continuous development of social economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,many farmers and herdsmen have been expropriated for urban or infrastructure construction.Land expropriation will bring different degrees of influence on the life of farmers and herdsmen.These influences are closely related to the social stability and the rural economic construction,especially in the agricultural and pastoral areas inhabited by ethnic minorities.Therefore,this paper studies the impact of land expropriation on farmers and herdsmen,analyzes the existing problems in the process of land requisition compensation,including the compensation standard is low,unfair distribution,existing compensation funds misappropriate phenomenon "," landless farmers and herdsmen reemployment problems "," demolition land peasants re employment and social security system is not perfect".And puts forward some suggestions to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers withplays an important role on social stability and economic development.In this paper,we choose Xinjiang Tekes County as the research area.The article adopts the method of questionnaire survey and field visit.This paper analyzes the compensation and resettlement of agricultural land in the county,and the living conditions of farmers and herdsmen,and discusses the influence of the current land expropriation compensation on the life of farmers and herdsmen.The questionnaire survey fully combined with the local reality,including the basic situation of the families surveyed,land acquisition,land acquisition and lifestyle.To analyze the influence of land expropriation on the behavior,employment,education,social security and so on.Stepwise regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the adaptability of farmers and herdsmen.Stepwise regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the adaptability of production and lifestyle of farmers and herdsmen.In this paper,choose whether the farmers and herdsmen can adapt to the production and living after the land expropriation as the explained variable,the internal andexternal factors that influence the farmers and herdsmen adapt to the land after the production and life of various as the explanatory variables.Evaluate the model from various aspects: land income satisfaction after the acquisition,income ratio of land acquisition,land acquisition area,the main purpose of income,the number of labor,the relationship with relatives and friends,the form of land acquisition compensation payments,land acquisition channels.Based on the analysis of influence of land expropriation of farmers and herdsmen's life style,combined with the local reality,the existence of county land compensation problem in the process and the influence of the herdsmen's life style,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and herdsmen as follow:(1)regulate the behavior of the government,use the right of land with caution,and strictly define the public purpose;(2)improve the compensation for land requisition,improve the satisfaction of farmers and herdsmen;(3)improve the housing security mechanism;(4)improve the social security system for landless peasants and herdsmen.
