Suzhou Healthy City Research Based On Co-operation Goverment

Healthy City is a global strategic action which WHO advocates, when urbanism give a great challenge for mankind health. It's goal is making effective supporting environment and health service, improving environment and health by improving people's understanding, and mobilize cooperation between citizen, organization and local government. Because of different situation, different city will take different strategy and method, which will have macroscopical, microcosmic, government taking, non-government taking, etc. Firstly, this thesis analyses crucial factors' effect on people's health, discusses urbanism's challenge for people's health, analyses four objects of building healthy city theoretically, namely government, company, third department and community, discusses government's responsibility and government's management, company's responsibility and obligation, third department's development, which just takes some preparation for participant mechanism. Secondly this thesis introduces healthy city about origin, definition, purpose, standard, and four terms, six main measures and twenty steps of developing healthy city, and introduces some cases of domestic and oversea cities when they develops healthy city. Finally, taking Suzhou as example, this thesis puts forward four developing strategies for healthy city macroscopically, government promise, department co-operation, industry promoting, public people participation, and government promise is precondition, department co-operation is key point, industry promotion is complement, public people participation is ultimate, and also mobilizes public people to take part in healthy city developing on basic of "Cell project". First, government exerts building healthy government. Second, government instructs building healthy community. Third, third department instructs building healthy company. Developing healthy company certification is some points of my views, which is creative, and is breakthrough of participant mechanism. If it extends worldwide, it will change recent situation, which healthy city just is on stagnation and has low effect.
