Japan's main bank system is among the major financing system between bank and corporation, after the Second World War it was formed, and the early 1950s to the mid-1970s, the system reached its peak, but also promoted the rapid growth of Japan's economy. But from the mid-1970s began, as Japan's financial liberalization and internationalization of the main bank system for its existence there is a change in the environment, the role of the foundation began weakening of the system to decline from flourishing. The failure to reform the drawbacks of the system to a certain extent promoted the late 1980s serious bubble economy. After the collapse of the bubble economy, Japan's economy has been struggling in a recession, the expansion of non-performing loans, a large number of financial institutions and businesses have closed down. At this time the Japanese government was conscious of a thorough reform of Japan's financial old system, including main bank system.Coexistence between China and Japan in the East Asian economic and cultural circle, a close trade, sharing similar development background, there is no doubt about the correlation between the economy of China and Japan's. At this time, re-examine Japan's development experience and lessons of the economy has a very important significance to China. This paper is divided into three chapters, the theoretical and practical application of the method of combining. Chapter 1 briefly introduced the concept of the main bank system and features from the main characteristics in the bank and corporation relations, the relationship between the main banks, and the relationship between the banks and the banking regulatory authorities. The second chapter to the relationship between banks and corporations, regulatory authorities and the banks detailed analysis of the rise and decline process of the main bank system, and the Japanese government's reform of the system. Chapter III use relationship financing theoretical proving the reasons for the rise and decline of the main bank system and to explore the future of the Japanese corporation financing model, the last for China's economic development raised a number of Enlightenment.
