Changchun City Nanguan District Industrial Layout Planning Study

Industrial layout of a city has been an important issue in public economics, and is of great practical significance in China. However, how to make an industrial layout shouldn't be isolated from the existing spatial structure of the city . On the one hand, reasonable spatial structure of the city illpromote the optimization of the city's industrial structure; on the other hand, the unreasonable spatial structure of the city will hinder the optimization of the industrialstructure of the city. The paper, taking the industrial layout of Changchun City Nanguan area as an object of study, and considering the interaction of theindustrial structure and spatial structure, this thesis identifies the problems existing in thespatial structure of nanguan area and provides suggestions for Industrial layout Planning, so as to further the optimization of the industrial structure of nanguan area.This article first proposes the industrial layout planning research necessity, the research technique and the innovation place, and then outlined the industrial distribution theory, and last, drew inspiration of Nanguan industrial layout from the analysis of domestic and abroad industrial layouts. On the basis of the above-mentioned, an investigation of the Nanguan area industrial layout was started. With the guidance of relevant industrial distribution theories and the reference of domestic and abroad advanced theories, the-next-five-year blueprint of industrial layout planning of Changchun Nanguan area was put forward. A final planning assumption was made with the combination of the macro qualitative layout and the micro-quantitative layout of projects, the link of theory to practice, the seeking of truth from facts and of the repeated criticism from relevant units and the test of reasoning and realistic feasibility to constantly improve the concept. On the basis of the planning and layout, a series of measures and advice were put forward according to the existing problems of Nanguan area industrial layout for the reference of further optimization of the industrial structure.
