The Inspiration Of Zhujiang Delta's Regional Economy Development To The Northeast Old-industrial Base

Zhujiang Delta, as one of the most previously and successfully developed zone adopting the opening polices in China, whose thirty years'developing experience is a miniature of Chinese reform and opening course, has become a model for the whole nation because of its extensive extent, rapid pace of economic development and high level of income. Of course, there must be valuable experience and painful lessons, which is greatly worthy to be used as reference for our northeastern three provinces.There are four parts in total. The first part, as the basic theoretical foundation, mainly reviews the results of the theory of regional economy. The second part sums up the successful experience of Zhujiang Delta's development and also its lessons of failure from aspects of the system reform, the development of the private economy, the economic cooperation of the region and beyond, industry clusters, talent, innovation, brands, resources and the environment. The third part, as the foundation of practical analysis, describes the current situation and existing problems of the development of Northeast old industrial base. There are four main problems. (1) The ratio of weight industry is too high and different privates have high industry similarity. (2) State-owned economy is still the main body of industry and planned economy system is conformed. (3) The big and middle scale enterprises, which occupy the dominating position haven't founded efficient industrial cluster. (4) The problem of resource drying up is serious and the substitute industry is lacking. The fourth part, basing on the former three parts, sums the Inspiration of Zhujiang Delta's regional economy development to the Northeast old industrial base and gives the suggestions of countermeasures in the Northeast old industrial base. First, quicken the reform of economy mechanism. Second, develop private economy strongly. Third, practice the development strategy of industrial cluster. Fourth, pay much attention to resource and environment protection as well as economy development. Fifth, persist in technical invitation and practice band strategy. Sixth, establish the mechanism of training and stimulating the talent. Seventh, strengthen the cooperation in the region. Eighth, improve the northeast Asia cooperation.
