The Pattern Study Of Regulate And Reform Of The Old Industrial Base In Northeast Region

This thesis is part of the research project 'Research on the Adjusting and Reforming the Old Industrial Base such as Northeast Area of China' which is under ' The Tenth Five-year Plan of Science and Technology' of Jilin Education Department.At the research of the adjustment and development for the old industry base, the theories and practice at abroad is tending in mature. But the domestic is lack of the research of the overall and system, about the model and way of the adjustment and reform of the old industry in northeast. This article analyzes the problem and its cause of the state enterprises in northeast region on the base of the deep-going investigation .In the light of the present condition and problems of the old industry in northeast base, put forward a few models of the adjustment and reform of the old industry in northeast base: The developmental model of the government leading economy; The developmental model of increasing the target of the pole; The developmental model of running by private capital economy and small business enterprise in inside cluster; The developmental model of the economic unify in northeast Asia ;The developmental model of economic unify in northeast; The developmental model of ecosystem industry park.This article put forward several maneuverability measures and countermeasures to be used for reference for the old industry base in northeast region .
