The enterprise development strategy is the significant choice which enterprise wish grows strong must make. However, along with growth of enterprise's strength and the development environment change, the strategy made under the past condition whether could continue instruct the actual enterprise ability promotion, whether could the strategic instruction's resources deployment meet the need which enterprise ability grew. This point was very few mentioned in the former research. In now days, strategy evaluation study always on the strategic vision to made the appraisal to the strategic about enterprise achievements, lacked of the enterprise ability development to the enterprise strategy valid reconsideration.The thesis through analyze existing correlation theories, attempt to proposed the concept of enterprise's strategic match that in views of the concrete corporation, and defers to the strategic match, joins a contract link element- strategy life cycle between the product life cycle and enterprise life cycle. Then, study the enterprise controllable resources input and ability promotion's output, unify the enterprise strategy and the ability promotion reciprocity, expected to obtain the quantification assessment method of enterprise strategy match. Then uses the expert questionnaire and the financial analysis obtain the key input and output factor data of enterprise development present situation and the strategy matches degree. Use AHP and the main ingredient analysis to process the data, and DEA to carry on the appraisal about enterprise's strategic match degree, as comparable strategic match value in time axis.The first chapter introduced the background, the significance and the mentality of the induction analysis from the domestic and foreign related research situation and the demand of enterprise reality development, plans the article research direction and the method. The second chapter attempt to proposed concept about the strategic match and the strategy life cycle. Take the enterprise resources strategy theory, the life cycle theory and the enterprise core competencies theory as the foundation to analysis the strategic match. Launches assessment method for the following research. The third chapter under theoretical analysis's instruction, by vision of the resources deployment input and ability growth output, proposed the quantity, the quality and the time three dimensional target division, and recombinant enterprise strategy attention, discusses the possible three dimensional basic content. The fourth chapter, attempt to take DEA as the tool to research the quantification assessment method of enterprise strategy match degree. The fifth chapter take a small environmental enterprise KL Corporation as the example, from the case analysis regarding the strategic match assessment method, the union strategy life cycle analyze about the company ability development condition; Simultaneously unifies the case the reciprocity which transforms regarding the strategic match and the strategy to carry on the discussion, and carries out the forecast of the following strategic match research.
