Under the guidance of the policy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",innovation-driven enterprises play an important role in improving technological level and sustainable development.There are various types of innovation.Compared with the level of single innovation,the matching between innovations is the most important,among which the coupling of technological innovation and mode innovation is the most crucial.The effective superposition between technological innovation and business model innovation can help enterprises achieve innovation autonomy and obtain competitive advantages to the maximum extent,while the conflict or even mismatch between the two will seriously restrict the development of enterprises.Therefore,research on how to promote the matching of core technology innovation and soft business model innovation,achieve both soft and hard,can fully release the engine role of innovation to promote enterprise growth and high-quality development,has important value.This paper focuses on the relationship between technological innovation and business model innovation and how it affects enterprise performance.Combined with the development trend of service-oriented manufacturing industry and the current background of the digital era,this paper highlights the two most important model innovations of service-oriented business model innovation and digital business model innovation of high-tech manufacturing enterprises,the interaction between soft innovation and hard core innovation is analyzed in detail,and the relevant theoretical assumptions are put forward.Secondly,based on the data of China’s science and innovation board manufacturing listed companies,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the comprehensive evaluation index,and the coupling coordination model is used to quantify the matching degree,so as to investigate the role of the matching coupling degree between the two types of model innovation and technological innovation on the profitability and growth performance of enterprises.This paper draws three important conclusions:first,through the construction of a systematic comprehensive evaluation model of research variables and the quantitative calculation of matching degree based on the coupling model,the matching mechanism and matching coordinated development level between innovation elements of science and innovation manufacturing enterprises can be clarified;Second,from the two dimensions of profitability performance and growth performance,the results of regression analysis verify that the matching of technological innovation and business model innovation has an incentive effect on enterprise performance,the matching degree D1 of service model innovation and technological innovation has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance,and the matching degree D2 of digital model innovation and technological innovation also has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance;Third,the complementary effect of enterprise capital structure has a significant positive regulatory effect on the matching degree of two rounds of innovation and enterprise performance.Enterprise capital structure plays a"lubricant"role in the relationship between the two.This paper deeply analyzes the matching mechanism of technological innovation on service-oriented model innovation and digital model innovation,reveals the impact of the matching degree of two rounds of innovation on the profitability and growth performance of enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the research results:On the one hand,enterprises should not only pay attention to the"hard innovation"of technology,but also pay attention to and promote the"soft innovation"of overall business model,We should highlight the leading role of service-oriented and digital business model innovation in the model innovation of science,innovation and manufacturing enterprises,give full play to the value creation potential of technology,give consideration to both soft and hard,and help enterprises realize independent innovation;On the other hand,scientifically select the appropriate innovation path and the matching mechanism between innovation elements,make strategic management and deployment decisions,promote the effective connection between technology and service-oriented and digital modes,and realize enterprise growth,transformation and upgrading through mass entrepreneurship and innovation matching.
