The salary is the material interest obtained through staffs' hard working, which is closely related with staff's vital interest. It's one of the most important factors to affec or to decide staffs' work attribute and performance. At the same time, the salary is also closely related with enterprise's financial benefit, which is one impormant issue cared by the enterprise. Therefore, the salary design is one key question in human resources management. A set of scientific salary management is the key aspect for the enterprise holding their staff and enhancing the staff's positivity and initiative, and maintaining the organization's competitive power. How to design a scientific and reasonable salary system is an essential management tool for the enterprise attractting and holdding talente person, enhancing the enterprises' core competition.Real estate enterprise belongs to fund intensity and the technology-intensive business. Regarding to some essential positions, their salary designs influence all the company's human resource situation staightly, and then influence the company's development and operation. The J Real estate company is one enterprise developing fast, but its whole management level lags behind its company development step, especially its human resources management. Facing to the problems exisiting in the enterprise, we are urgent to establish one science and reasonable salary system for attractting and detaining talente person. This thesis mainly divides into six parts: The first part elaborates its researching background and the significance as well as the researching methods; The second part expresses two main theories of salary management which will be mentioned after forward; The third part introduces salary's elementary constitution, its system forms firstly, and then elaborates the method of designing salary system. And from design theories, considering factors, design steps, this three aspects to explain how to design a salary system; The forth part has analyzed real astate enterprises' present situation in our country, and then combining with its salary's characters the thesis give out a method of design. It provides firm theroy foundation and method for part fifth; in the fifth part, the thesis detail J company's present situation of its salary systemp. Afer that, it analyses the existing problems in its present salary system. And then designs appropriate salary patterns for three key positions in J company: project manager, engineering technican and marketing staff separately; Finally, the sixth part summarizes the thesis's results and provides several aspects which we should pay attention in true implement. The thesis proposes that the salary system is "a double-edged sword"to the enterprise, which can enable the enterprise attract,obtain and hold the talent. And also can bring crisises to the enterprise. Establishing science, reasonable salary management system has significant meaning for the enterprise obtaining competitive advantage.Through studying of some salary structure theory and salary management thesis, the author has taken both the charaeteristic of real estate human resource smanagement and the actual situation of J real estate enterprise into consideration, find the existent problems. Then combining with management praetice and taking professional skill, this thesis designs salary system for J real estate enterprise.This proposal will discuss the theory, guiding principle, mode and structure of salary, relative salary standard, detailed salary plan for all positions, and ete.Through this researeh, I hope it can not only improve the compensation status of J corporation, but also could be a helpful reference for Chinese real estate enterprises' compensation system designl. |
