The real estate industry in the past 10 years of development,has been in a high-yield industry,but by improving the level of enterprise management to enhance the quality of enterprises in order to obtain more profit power obviously inadequate.Therefore,the real estate business is ubiquitous "re-management,light management",the lack of a good business model.In the pay management,it is no experience can learn from,the real estate industry,the compensation system is neither mature nor perfect.Based on the literature review and field research,this paper analyzes the salary system of the company based on the theory of human resource management and salary management,combined with industry trends and revitalizing the development strategy of the real estate company.Based on the existing salary system of revitalizing the real estate company,Explore the new pay management model,try to establish a scientific management system,and put into practice.The first part introduces the purpose and the significance of this paper,literature review and evaluation,research ideas and methods;the second part describes the relevant theoretical analysis of the design of the pay system;the third part of the study of the revitalization of real estate companies The current situation of the salary system and its problems and causes;the fourth part puts forward the new salary system program;the fifth part focuses on the analysis of the system guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization plan.The new pay system clarifies the strategy of remuneration,clarifies the principle of the total amount of remuneration,and different measures for different positions and strengthens the incentive factors of the pay system.The main conclusion of this paper is as follows: First,the establishment of the salary system is one of the important means for the effective supervision of the personnel,which can produce a great incentive to the employees and improve the company’s production efficiency while promoting the sustainable development of the company.Second,the current real estate industry management model is undergoing extensive management to the fine management of the change,the talent pool will be the future development of the company’s core factors;Third,the compensation system was established to ensure that the interests of the company and the interests of employees to maximize Organic unity,but also with the company’s strategic objectives;Fourth,the pay system is not static,and must be with the socio-economic development and flexible changes.
