Operation Analysis And Working Load Test & Evaluation About Typical Posts Of Work In The Painting Workshop From Small And Medium-sized Furniture Enterprises

At present, there are a large number of furniture enterprises in our country, most of which are small and medium-sized enterprises. For many middle and small-scale entity wooden furniture enterprises, the majority of working procedures are primarily by the manual work, the mechanized degree is quite low, and the working procedure of paint is not exceptional. Because the paint working procedure of the type of furniture is too much dependent on manual work, the workers'work load of the working procedure has become an important index to evaluate the workers'work fatigue which directly affects workers'work efficiency.This paper tries to bring forward a kind of easy and feasible method of calculating workers'work load on the basis of industrial engineering and human body engineering theory, through testing and comparison of different work load of representative station in paint working. Then the paper further analyzes and studies the factors of influences upon work load of different paint positions by using human body engineering and industrial engineering knowledge. The contents of study will be emphasized differently depending on the proportion that each of working procedure accounts for in the whole flow of paint so that improved suggestions can be put forward. Ultimately that enables workers to adopt economic operational methods and favorable work attitues to reduce work fatigue for the purpose of enhancing work efficiency. At last, to GB 3869-1997 manual grading standards- based strength, Try to put a simple and easy method of Calculation of manual workers intensity index, the grade system of work load degree will be established to provide fundamental basis for entity wooden furniture enterprises to formulate sound workers'man-hour of paint working procedure.The paper particularly puts emphasis on practicability and aims at industrial engineering in the specific work improvement and the principles of less investment and non-investment in the improved suggestions mentioned. And the purpose of improvement would be achieved by taking full use of existing conditions as well as sound layout of work positions.The materials or contents collected of this paper are not comprehensive due to limitations of all sorts of conditions, but hopefully the paper would provide a new thought on evaluations of work load of furniture paint workshop and improvement measures mentioned enables to play a virtual role in the improvement of specific work posts.
