Accompany with the functionality continuous improvements,and also smart phones and tablet PC’s performances,traditional laptops seem to have lost their own development.As a notebook power adapter manufacturer,LN company’s benefits are increasingly close to the depressed notebook market.With the notebook power adapter market competition becoming more and more fierce,how an enterprise use their own resources to improve the production management technology,impel people and various factors to operate with coordinated combination of efficient,so as to play the best performance,is a problem that every manager must solve,but also become the main factors hindering to enhance the competitive power of an enterprise.This paper takes LN company’s notebook power adapter production line as an example,use industrial engineering-related technologies and methods from labor,equipment and quality to optimize and improve the production process.In the aspect of labor,the ECRS principle and the 5W1 H technology are used to study the process.The Y-type capacitor is moved to the automatic plant,which reduces the handling and simplifies the action.The man-machine operation analysis is used to improve the problem of insufficient output of large capacitance.The bottleneck of plug-in segment and the patch segment are analyzed using the stopwatch time research,rearrange the plug-in station,reduce one person of the Y-type capacitor and the diode,the line balance improve from 79% to 87%.The assembly section uses the action economy principle to improve the bottleneck of the assembly chassis,making the existing labor to meet the production requirements.In the aspect of equipment,by using the theory of time rate,performance rate and yield,the scientific analysis of the running status of the equipment is carried out,the reason of the low rate of movement in the equipment movement rate is found out.Combined with the automation expertise,the waste time is improved.Through the optimization of PLC program,eliminate and reduce the waiting time,solve the bottleneck of the plug-in and assembly equipment.Through the actual verification of different speeds under the wave solder quality,find the best soldering speed,under the premise of quality assurance to boost solder speed and solve the bottleneck.Through reorganize,merge the test project and reduce repeated test,which improves the performance of the test station and satisfies the demand of production efficiency.In the aspect of quality,use project management techniques to importing automatic optical inspection equipment,strictly manage each process such as equipment design,evaluation,into the plant,commissioning,erection and acceptance,making the project completed on time with high quality.After import of automatic optical inspection equipment,the loss reduced from 364 dppm to 50 dppm,paper statements replaced by electronic permanent file,achieved real-time monitoring,breaking the operation of more than one device technical barriers to further improve the artificial cost savings.Improve the level of front-end process automation,defective products can be found and maintenance in advance,greatly saving the cost of maintenance,making the quality been effectively improved.
