| With the intensification of market competition, as well as the diversification of’customer demand, the companys production efficiency problem becomes the keyfactors which seriously restrict the development of the enterprise. As a result, manyenterprises had put the way how to improve the production efficiency, reduceproduction cost, to improve the economic benefits of enterprises on the agenda.Therefore, this paper takes the WM Company as an example to solve the seriousproblem of low production and can’t deliver the goods to the customer on time. Inorder to improve the production efficiency and enhance the core competitive ability,we starting from the field of manufacturing activity, using work study methods andte"chniques, namely "5wlh" questioning technology and four major ECRS"principles, processes analysis，standard operating time formulation method toanalysis and improve the existing problems in the production of enterprises，analyzesthe existing problems in the enterprise production improvement to optimize theproduction process, and to develop the product standard work time.Above all，this paper analysis the research methods in the development andpractical application situation at home and abroad, considering the current situationsof manufacturing industry in our country, the research work of the application ismainly divided into four aspects, namely，the optimization of production process,operation analysis, motion analysis and establishment of standard operation time, thetheoretical knowledge on the basis of the detailed study and summary analysis andthe on-site improvement method make an empirical analysis the paper furthertheoretical guidance on the basis of guiding the improvement of the production fieldwork; Secondly, referenced on the work at home and abroad and the research workexperience, this article use PQSCDME questionnaire as mining WM site problems oilthe basis of the manufacturing enterprises, combining with the fishbone diagrammethod from inlfuence the efficiency of the production operation personnel,machinery and equipment, raw materials, work methods, production environment inifve a’spects, such as a layer to find out the key factors, consider the WM companys specific situation fully, determine the decisive inlfuence factors which lead to the lowproduction efficiency, then the process program optimization are proposed accordingto these factors and the methods of standard time; we will uses the methods andtechniques of work on WM DH316type products of the company’s speciifcproduction process, adopts the technology of the5W1H questions and the fourprinciples of “ECRS”，using process program analysis method, puts forwardimprovement scheme optimization to improve the production process, reduce theDH316types of pressure vessel, both inside and outside barrel production assemblyprocess of processing, inspection, handling, waiting, storage etc. The number oftimes, on the basis of the use of a stopwatch time measurement method and work outthe standard time of operation，as an standard to guide the actual production work wi，eventually make the WM company to improve production efficiency, to solve thepresent problem.The purpose of this paper is as follows: on the one hand, considering the actualcondition of manufactuirng industry of our country，using the method of work studytechniques to solve the specific problems of manufacturing enterprise, to ensure thatenterprises in the premise of not increasing investment or little investment to improvethe production efficiency and to enhance the enterprise’s market competition ability;On the other hand，we hope that through this paper, the research of work study willplay a reference role to help the other manufacturing enterprises to improve theproduct efficiency, promote the work study method and technology used in themanufacturing industry of our country?... |
