Supply Chain Management is strategy alignment for cooperation and competition. It is competition model in the process, not for result. With the global economic development, especially China joined WTO, competition become very critical from China and Oversea. It cause corporation competition expand to global from local. And more and more corporation is aware that it is very difficult to survive by themselves, and get more competitive. Corporation should cooperate with other company to create competitive in new competitiion circumstance, they should share information, help each other and so on. Strategy of Supply Chain Management enable Supply Chain Management partners worker together and construct Supply Chain Management alignment for future development and Win-Win strategy, it can manage the complex relationship between Customer and Supplier, it can develop new opportunity in business. So many and many company realize that it is very important of Supply Chain Management, it can enhance company competition. So this thesis will discuss the promotion relation between Supply Chain Management and company competition.This thesis mainly discuss from two of Supply Chain Management thought: Operation Thought, Strategy Thought, discuss the relation between Supply Chain Management and company competition in five sections. Firstly This thesis defines concept of Supply Chain Management and understanding of promotion of the core competition; then introduce and analysis Technique and Method of Supply Chain Management; then discuss use Operation Thought, Strategy thought how enhance the corporation core competition respectively, lastly use the Wal-mart as sample to show how to use supply chain management to improvement the corporation core competition.
