Application Of The Analects Of Confuciusmanagement Thought In Self-Administrant Team Buinding

In the process of dealing with the environment which has changed more and more quickly, since the self-administrative team has the traits of reacting rapidly and timely, people have increasingly attached importance to the function of self- administrant team. The humanity, justice, courtesy, wisdom, faith of the Confucian thinking have deeply rooted in the hearts of the Chinese. The Analects of Confucius is an important work of the Confucianism. It has embodied the Confucianism extensively. Its values have influenced the behavior of the people. The influence of the Analects of Confucius ingrained. Confucius' humane people care for others, cultivate one's morality to be respected, these Confucian thoughts are accordant with the management thoughts such as caring for people, consummating self- administrant positively empowering the staff to join in the management.This paper first is based on the conclusion of the concerned research home and abroad, by redefining the concept of self- administrant team and distinguishing it from other types of teams. We now have a fresh understanding of the self- administrant team. And we also have mined and probed into the Confucian thoughts which are related to management thoughts of the self- administrant team, such as the system management thought of replying courtesy without thinking of advantage to oneself; the cooperative management thought that in peace is of great value, the caring for people management thought of returning good for humanity, the training management thought of teaching and learning etc. In the end, it states the functioning of the self- administrant team, how to cultivate self- administrant team spirit, the governor's important managing skills in the self- administrant team. In this way the self- administrant thoughts in self- administrant team have been applied into practical use. This has conferred the traditional culture with new meaning and has found the groundwork for the modern self-administrant team building theory, consequently realizing the parallelism and syncretism of the two theories.
