In-depth Researches On Several Issues About Tourism Exploitation In Mancheng County Of Hebei Province

Mancheng County,in Hebei province,is located in the golden triangle economic zone among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It is seated in transition zone between Taihang mountain to the west and North China Plain to the east,and presents three steps of physiognomy-deep mountain,shallow hills,and plains.The area has four distinct seasons,sufficient lighting,and good natural conditions for agriculture.Green technology agriculture and characteristic planting agriculture are in advantage.It reserves abundance of high-quality mineral water resources,particularly in western and northern mountain areas,in which the development has great potential.There are numerous types of physiognomy in western and northern mountainous area,particularly famous of karst and river,which form beautiful natural scenery. Meanwhile,it has rich human landscape,especially Western Han Dynasty sites,religious culture,and folk customs.However,because of the influence from factors,such as natural geology,human activity,it also is the high incidence of geological disasters.Along with the agriculture industrialization and diversiform tourism demand for product, eco-agriculture tourism will make human and zoology integrate,and become a new growth point in developing rural economy,promoting agricultural restructuring and increasing farmers' income.Because of the strong human development activities,the water pollution is becoming increasingly serious,searching and exploiting mineral resources has become the most urgent task to improve the quality of life.At the same time,in order to protect the mountain's vulnerability,and to create harmonious and flourishing ecological environment,it is necessary to in-depth research on the formation and control measures of geological hazard for the harmonious development of people and nature purpose.1 In the eco-agriculture tourism exploitation research,this paper self-constructed eco-agriculture tourism resources classification system for highlighting the uniqueness of its resources,and detailed subdivided and investigated the resources individual and in group in Mancheng county.It took methods of AHP and Fuzzy Math combination to evaluate the resources value and exploitation condition of group resources,and confirmed the exploitation level.Based on the above evaluation results,it used SWOT model to analyze its advantages, weaknesses,opportunities as well as threat.In accordance with the exploitation of ecological agriculture tourism idea of Mancheng County,this paper designed products project,and put forward the overall development strategy of eco-agriculture tourism.2 Through research on the exploitation and utilization of mineral water in Mancheng County,this paper pointed out the existing problems and effective solutions.Obviously,a single development model of the mineral water value should not meet people's diversified, multi-level consumer demand,so Mancheng County should exert the advantages of local resources and industry,unite the advantages,and develop the eco-agriculture tourism merchandise,which includes landscape mineral,exotic fruit and vegetable irrigation and mineral drinks.3 The west and north area of Mancheng county was mountainous area where distributed many tourist attractions.Through the analysis of disaster-causing factors,such as landform, stratum lithology,geological structure,hydrodynamic conditions,and man-made disaster-causing factors,this paper pointed out the area was likely to take place debris flow, collapse,landslide,and karst collapse.In order to alleviate the hazard of geological disasters, protect geological environment,it was necessary to take control of geological disasters,use geophysical exploration technology to strengthen the exploration of geological disasters in scenic spots,and to take practical and effective projects management technology.This paper stressed on protecting the ecological environment and strengthening the scenic spots management,to form an integrated control system for geological disasters,jointed with control technology and engineering together.
