The trust issue always exists throughout the founding and growing of many family enterprises, it has aroused extensive concern of scholars at home and abroad. This research integrates the theories of management,economics,sociology, and puts forward the research hypothesis from the appearance of family trust, the extended of family trust, the perfection of trust, and takes the empirical study by the sample of private enterprises in Suzhou. The results of empirical analysis shows that the internal family trust is the important criterion in employee selection; pan-family trust affects staffing key positions, ability is not the first criterion in the selection of professional executive, professional ethics, professional quality and trust are the most important factors; under the property system of"domination with a single substantial stock", the degree of trust inside the family enterprise is still low, trust systems has not been set up at all, the distrust of children's ability influences the transfer of operational control, but ,"passing on the family business to the following generation"is still the chiefly choice when family enterprise owners decide to transfer the operational control.The paper also puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures from four aspects, internal cooperation trust mechanism, system trust, professional executive trust mechanism, internal succession trust mechanism, pointedly to build and perfect the family enterprise credit mechanism, in order to provide practical guidance significance for family enterprise to solve trust issue and perfect credit governance. |
