Research On The Influence Of The Conflict Of Entrepreneur Team To Entrepreneur Performance

With the complication of economic environment, one-person entrepreneurship won't do anymore, rather, it is the case that several friends make up an entrepreneur team through direct or indirect relationship with a common goal or set of goals. Review on previous researches indicates a fairly limited theoretical study on entrepreneur activities. Most of the prior studies were just unsystematic investigations on entrepreneur traits. Therefore, this thesis conducts a serial of empirical studies on the relations between the conflict of entrepreneur team and entrepreneur performance, on the basis of previous theoretical studies on entrepreneur team, team conflict, conflict management and entrepreneur performance.Through questionnaire, this research conducts an investigation on 52 entrepreneur team, 115 entrepreneurs and analyzes on an organizational level. The study shows, as for entrepreneur team, the conflict of entrepreneur team doesn't have strong impact on entrepreneur performance; task conflict and relations conflict, two dimensions of the conflict of entrepreneur team is predictive to task conflict to entrepreneur performance.Lastly, this thesis makes major research conclusions, discusses the theoretical and practical implications of the current research, and points out the limitations of the present study and problems to be resolved in the further studies.
