Study On The Countermeasure And Suggestion On Developing Eco-tourism In Jilin City

Under analyzing the present situation of eco-tourism in Jilin City and elaborating the problems which were in the process of development eco-tourism, the author put forward the feasibility solution to these problems. Through using the literature survey procedure, comparison analytic method, on the spot the survey procedure, and the analysis method combining macroscopic and microscopic, the paper analyzed the development direction of ecology tourism industry to promote its economy fast development in Jilin City.According to the present situation of eco-tourism in Jilin, the paper used the analysis of SWOT and provided several opinions for the development of eco-tourism in Jilin. There were three aspects researched in this paper. The first aspect is to research on the present eco-tourism resources in Jilin City. They included basic situation, the localization of the target and primary mission, tourist facility construction, analysis of the resources structure, and the existing problems in the development of tourism. The second aspect is to introduce the present situation of domestic and foreign eco-tourisms. The third aspect is to introduce the situation of construction ecology province in Jilin province.The conclusion of the paper is that Jilin tourist resources being ranked above medium level, the tourist resources overall quality level being high. Among them, the highest value of eco-tourism exploitation being the tourist resources of waters scenery, humanities activity and so on. The quality of tourism resources on vegetables and fruits is ordinary, and the quality of tourism on physiography landscape and building facility are better. Therefore, the tourist resources between waters scenery and humanities activity should be combined, which will be the keystone to the development of tourism resources recently. And because of special aquaculture, the nursery stock orchard belonging to the ordinary level tourist resources, we may consider to take them as gearing traveling development item recently. Because the quality of tourism resources on vestige and traveling commodity is not high, the development is difficult, and it needs much fund and good innovation if we develop these resources. We should develop these tourism resources after accumulating much fund in the future.The author put forward several suggestions in the paper. Firstly, we should establish the tourism system of combining industry traveling, the countryside traveling, and the metropolis traveling. And the eco-tourism resources development must have their characteristics. Secondly, we should conform traveling enterprise, hotel resources in order to promote traveling enterprise collectivization, high-quality goods, and multi-purpose development. Secondly, we should conform Jilin traveling enterprises, the hotel resources according to'the moderate development, the function being perfect, the prominent characteristic, and enhancing the grade'. And we should construct the hotel system which grade match with their scales reasonably. Fourth, we should develop traveling electronic commerce and work hard in the tour information construction. Fifth, we should use foreign fund to solve fund insufficient on the development of Jilin tourism industry, At last, we should establish the attracting mechanism to traveling talented person, and takes multi-measures to attract the traveling talented person.
