The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy, therefore, It's an important topic of concern for educators and economists to research education and the relations of economy. It is an important factor for education to promote economic growth, because that education furthers from the margins of society to the center. The result of education to economic growth leads to further expand of economic function.This paper is based on the theory and empirical analysis Summary, the use of statistical methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. In theory analysis, Empirical analysis method is used on the visible and invisible role of education to economic growth in Inner Mongolia, the advantages and disadvantages of various models and the optimum conditions, for economic contribution to the education of the study providing the necessary theoretical analysis and correlation analysis. studies the education of ethnic characteristics in Inner Mongolian, makes policy recommendations under the actual situation of economic development in Inner Mongolia.In quantitative analysis, this paper bases on the knowledge of the economics of education, economics, statistics, pedagogy and educational principles, establishes several models of calculations on contribution rate of education to the economic growth by the"Eviews"and SAS statistical software and time series of data for data resources in 1976――2005 in Inner Mongolia, verifies the contribution rate of education to the economic growth by regression analysis and Labor Law to simplify coefficient, estimates the contribution rate of education, identifies the similarities and differences among two models by the estimated results and compares the level of contribution rate of education to the economic growth with China, then draws on that result is lower, finally, policies and measures are found to further improve contribution rate of education by analysis in Inner Mongolia.
