Analysis On The Contribution Of Higher Education To Regional Economic Growth In Shaanxi Province

People is the most basic factors of social and economic development.Education is an important way to improve the quality of labor force.Higher education can promote the transformation of technological achievements and promote the rise of new technology industry.However Shaanxi province is a large province of education as the rapid development of higher education,economic development has relatively backward.Higher education development advantages and economic development level does not match,so there has been a unique "Shaanxi phenomenon." To improve the phenomenon of non-coordination between higher education and economic development in Shaanxi province,it is necessary to fully study the relationship between higher education and regional economic growth in Shaanxi province,and to explore the reasons for its non-coordination,so as to guide the development of higher education scientifically and promote the rapid development of economy contribute.In this paper,the impact of higher education in Shaanxi province on the economic growth as the research content,first of all,the new economic growth theory,educational economic contribution theory as the theoretical basis,the use of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the combination of economic development in Shaanxi province and higher education.This paper makes a comparative analysis and empirical analysis of the development process.Secondly,it is used to calculate the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth in Shaanxi province,and to prove that the relationship between higher education and economic growth in Shaanxi Province is not coordinated and analyzed.Finally,Increase the investment in higher education,pay attention to talent flow,improve scientific research and innovation ability,accelerate the transformation of higher education,including four specific measures to promote economic growth in Shaanxi province.The paper analyzes the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth by analyzing the relevant data from 2000 to 2014 in Shaanxi province.The shortcomings of this paper are that the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth is obtained by analyzing and establishing the data model and the data of the contribution rate of higher education in many other regions in Shaanxi province,as well as the strong data analysis.There is no deep study of the causal relationship between higher education and economic growth and the research on the influencing factors of the relationship between higher education and economic growth in Shaanxi province.
